I am writing to you because I have been experiencing problems with technology. Specifically, brain-computer interfaces and nanotechnology. I am experiencing abuse from people in the United States and Canada that are using electromagnetic waves and ultrasound to hurt me, track me and read my thoughts. The technology is inside my body.
