Today, all over the US and Canada, people are being nonconsensually rolled into covert programs of 24/7 physical assault, torture, and slow-kill assassination by EMR microwave/radio/sonic neuroweapons, also called Directed Energy Weapons or Non-Lethal Weapons. This involves 24/7 remote access, manipulation, and assault of their brains and central nervous systems; and 24/7 “full spectrum surveillance” involving overt community surveillance, concealed electronic monitoring, and public/community stalking, accompanied by discrediting and social ostracism by defamation and slander campaigns, and in-community harassment and PsyOps projects. This is a joint program between the Department of Defense/Intelligence/Department of Justice/Academic Institutions. These are extreme abuses and violations of surveillance programs, privileges, and laws on the books, even the most invasive and permissive among them, including the Patriot Act, Executive Order 12333, State Secrets Privileges, and others. “Clandestine” becomes here a wide umbrella for criminal deception to shelter under granted privilege. HOW IS THIS “ACTIVE CONCEALMENT” ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED?
1) Directed-Energy Weapons are radiation and wave weapons; by their very nature, they lend themselves to covert action, because most EM radiation and Sound waves can’t be seen or heard:
A. Electromagnetic radiation waves in the high frequency, low frequency, very high frequency, and very low-frequency range cannot be seen by the human eye, they can only be felt (click on links below to see clear graphics and easy spell-outs).
Visible light, the only set of EMR waves we can see, is comprised of very very tiny waves in length–380 nanometers (violet) to 700 nanometers (red) –and are high-frequency waves, traveling at what we’ve been told is the immutable speed of light: 186,282 miles per second.
But there are waves shorter and longer than visible light that we cannot see, but whose effects on our bodies we can feel, when applied steadily enough, for any duration, as heat, as pulsation, as damage.
Light We Cannot See:
Non-ionizing radiation: Infra-red light is just below red light in frequency, and just slightly longer–but we cannot see it. All objects emit electromagnetic radiation, including our live, warm human bodies; this is how military night-vision and infra-red glasses work, by tracking the live, warm, infra-red signature of human bodies.
Microwaves are longer/lower frequency than visible light waves, up to 10 cm–but we cannot see them. Radio waves are longer/even lower frequency than microwaves and visible light–up to 10,000 meters long–and we cannot see them.
As radio waves get longer, their frequency decreases–and we cannot see them. Radio waves from 10,000 meters long to 10,000,000 meters long are super-long and are known by their frequencies as Low-Frequency waves: Very Low-Frequency Waves, Super Low-Frequency Waves, Extremely Low-Frequency waves. ELFs and their friends can traverse the earth’s curve, penetrate the earth, and enter human bodies. ELFs have been found by researchers and the military to have Distinct effects on human bodies, minds, emotions, moods.
Ionizing Radiation: At the shorter wavelength end, ultra-violet radiation is shorter than violet, and higher frequency–we cannot see it, but as we all know, our skin can.
X-rays are super-tiny, and very high frequency, we cannot see them, but our organs know when they’re being hit. (Hence those lead shields at the dentist if you’re pregnant.)
Gamma rays are even shorter (shorter in length than atoms), and ultra-high frequency, so of course we can’t see them.
B. Sound waves can only be heard (by humans) in the Audible Sound portion of the Sonic spectrum, between 20 Hz to 20,000Hz.
Sound that is higher in frequency–Ultrasound–and lower in frequency–Infrasound–cannot be heard by the human ear. But again, the effects can be felt by human bodies. To understand how diagnostic ultrasound works, for instance, see this course handout.
2 A) There is an active electronic warfare policy to conceal the actual nature of the current/future use and operation of Directed Energy Weapons: consult, for instance, the US Army Concept Capability Plan for Army Electronic Warfare Operations for the Future Modular Force, 2015-2024 (TRADOC Pam 525-7-6), which speaks expansively about the ways in which electronic warfare lends itself to deception and cover, this quality makes it very attractive to “warfighting”: “although applicable across the full spectrum of operations, EW offers substantial operational benefits to IO. The IO roadmap signed by the Secretary of Defense defined IO as “the integrated employment of the core capabilities of EW, CNO, PSYOP, MILDEC, and OPSEC, in concert with specified supporting and related capabilities, to influence, disrupt, and corrupt or usurp adversarial human and automated decision-making while protecting our own.” (2-9, Page 45, TRADOC Pam 525-7-6)
In discussing electronic warfare support, which involves tracking RINT–“unintentionally radiated intelligence,” unclassified public-domain military documents (& Wikipedia) will not spell out what this really is–but look up NSA Signals Intelligence, also read about the Echelon network to find out what it is they are talking about.
One key to understanding what electronic warfare really is has to do with the open infatuation with persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. To achieve this, the military engages in joint air, sea, space, and land action. This is how Satellite surveillance is included, and how radio and microwave emissions from towers and antennas, as well as ELFs from phased array radar factor in. This is called Total-Spectrum-Surveillance. The Military works in very close collusion with Intel agencies, especially the NSA.

The key to understanding the phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” is really understanding that Silent New Age Electronic Warfare is operative among us today, that it is supremely dangerous, and that it is easily concealed.
This whole modality, of Electronic Warfare–which has for its history the CIA MKULTRA & Department of Energy radiation experiments on humans, and CIA MKULTRA research into mind control, neurological and brain control, and behavior modification using Electromagnetic Radiation –using neuroweaponry–microwave/radio/sonic weapons aimed at destroying portions of the brain and nervous system and therefore the entire human body–represents a tremendous shift in Military Strategy worldwide; we are literally at a turning-point for humanity today, and this, the incredible significance of these EMR neuroweapons which constitute Electronic Warfare on individuals, is being kept a deadly secret by the Military and by governments and Intel agencies, who are using these weapons already on us.

Who reads these military documents, generally speaking? They're dry as dust and full of nonsense about how to effectively destroy, damage, and kill people and everything they own. But maybe we all should–warfare has become a fine art today, and is horrifically aided by science, And is today being turned on everyone.
Electronic Weapons are, after Nuclear Weapons, the next most dangerous weapons in our midst; one could argue they are worse than Nuclear weapons–because they are invisible, they can be used on unsuspecting persons anytime, to induce disease, physical or mental, to change moods and receptivities, to alter emotions, to put people to sleep, to make them passive or aggressive, to manipulate their nerves, muscles, bodies, to physiologically alter the functioning of their bodies, to torture from a distance, to induce pain, heat, and damage in the human body–and “Targeted Individuals” are witness to the irrevocable fact that these weapons are currently being operated, both as weapons operation and weapons testing/training, on individuals in the USA, and worldwide.

”Targeted Individuals” are actively discredited. This is achieved by running a Full-Spectrum Discrediting Program on individuals being assaulted today by microwave/radio/sonic weapons. How best to keep Covert Actions–of base criminality–hidden from the rest of society? The Military/Intel complex answers this by running an elaborate MILDEC/PSYOPS on the individual, and on society. Here is how it is done:
1.) Individuals are politically targeted, courtesy Patriot Act, in Canada, Bill C-51.
Democracy Now’s interview with ex-FBI Agent Mike German, The abuses of secret domestic intelligence operations/mentions FBI resources wasted on pursuing innocents/mentions military grade weapons being used.
Individuals are targeted as “Domestic Adversaries” and classified, military weapons are turned on them. Testing/Training programs, funded by the government, for use as human guinea pigs in asymmetric warfare, electronic warfare, urban warfare –deploying the use of classified military intelligence satellites through the National Reconnaissance Agency. Classified Military Intelligence ground teams using cars and SUVs in neighborhoods, or staked out in neighborhood houses and apartments.
This stealth warfare that is currently operative all over the US and Canada conscripts and gags entire neighborhoods and entire communities.
From documents, it seems the military is actually waging what it calls low-intensity conflict or deterrence--permitted or legitimized by secret Dept of Defense/Dept of Justice agreements and coalitions.
Persons it has unilaterally, falsely, politically deemed to be/casually labelled as “threats to national security” (these are not terrorists we are talking about; these are exceptional and upstanding citizens, active community members, talented and highly qualified individuals, activists, whistleblowers, and civically-engaged men and women), while simultaneously testing weapons and training personnel in this kind of Covert Electronic Warfare--a two in one apparently, a paid-for political action of extermination & suppression of dissent, paid for by every single Federal taxpayer, ethical or unethical, whose labor anonymously funds these weapons-testing/training Defense contracts.
Individuals are also sold to well-heeled black-budget classified Military and Government-funded, MKULTRA-extended human subject experimentation research programs being run by unethical scientists in major Universities, certainly most likely the ones which amorally took part in the first MKULTRA experiments–and spanning the spectrum from Neuropsychology to Artificial Intelligence to Sociology to Cancer studies to Ophthalmology.
(Eye diseases & blindness can be induced by radiation too. No doubt some palatably noble aim is instantly affixed to the research goals, such as studying disease onset or blindness in order to heal it.) Covert implantation of RFIDs, nanosensors, and MEMS–MicroElectroMechanical devices or transceivers–all of which is being reported by assaulted individuals nationwide, and worldwide, could be a part of MKULTRA.
2) Part of this targeting involves the secret obtaining of warrants for invasive surveillance through the FISA Court, naming the person under scrutiny falsely as a terrorist or spy, courtesy Section 215, Patriot Act.
3) False allegations do not stop there. A false and entirely fraudulent investigation is opened on the subject by Intelligence, FBI or local Intel/Law Enforcement complex–all kinds of joint action is in evidence today, thanks to the Patriot Act—and entire communities, neighborhoods, businesses are notified and conscripted into "Community Policing and Watch" activities of this now-falsely-labelled individual. 4) Herein lies the core of the PSYOP. Active discrediting or aggressive military deception means outright lies, deceit, rumors, slander, defamation are set in motion. Neighbors, employers, business-owners are all lied to. Since the goal is discrediting the individual, a variety of unsavory lies are trotted out, that the person now under “court-ordered electronic surveillance” and “concealed monitoring” is variously a pedophile, sex maniac, you name it. Neighbors are pulled into GPS’ing and overtly surveilling and spying on the individual, round the clock. Communities are told they are monitoring the individual in order to prevent a crime!!! (The irony here is extreme.) 5) Conscripting communities into overt policing/surveillance has a secondary facet to it, conscription into COINTELPRO activities against the individual (titled organized stalking in most accounts.) Here’s where MKULTRA dovetails with COINTELPRO. Communities are pulled into “behavior modification” activities aimed at the individual, which include wearing certain colors, saying certain things, and doing certain things all supposedly connected in some way with the individual, information on whom is gained through aggressive covert surveillance electronic surveillance, as well as through the mildly-named but aggressive-mind-reading mechanisms of “Electronic Warfare Support”–essentially, picking up the low-frequency emanations of thought waveforms, mood waveforms via Signature Intelligence, which includes your mind, thinking. Now officially known as unintentionally radiation-intelligence, or RINT–and free for the picking–or so the Military assumes. (See here, here and here for more about this.)
One apparent reason for all this insanity seems to be a desperate attempt to get the individual diagnosed professionally (by either an unsuspecting or complicit psychiatrist) as a “paranoid schizophrenic”, the moment he or she begins talking about covert harassment, being attacked by pulses of radiation hitting his or her body, being sleep-deprived by way of being woken up by high powered microwaves hitting his spine or voices beamed into his skull, being stalked, being covertly implanted, being “gang-stalked” on the roadways, or being surrounded by people wearing his favorite colors or talking about him or saying things in his presence straight out of his head. The psychiatrist’s handbook, the DSM–the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual is full of handy disorders and syndromes to pin to the “TI” including Delusions of Reference, Hallucinations, and Paranoia.
4) Active concealment is also achieved by active disinformation. This would explain the oddness of some sites and videos online purportedly from “Targeted Individuals”–the ultimate PSYOP of course, is in the denigration of that label. Targeted Individual, tinfoil hat, conspiracy theorist–these terms have been carefully engineered in elaborate ways to invoke notions of fringe, paranoid, unbalanced, unstable.
“TARGETED INDIVIDUALS” ARE BEING TORTURED WITH IMPUNITY
We are not living in a civilized and humane society when people can be tortured in our midst using invisible directed-energy EMR and sonic weapons. These weapons are being used under cover of secrecy, protected by Secrecy laws fully aimed against the citizenry and fully promotive of secret abuses by government and Intel agencies, essentially by the unethical corporations and banks which run the Government. These corporations and banks are currently aiming deadly weapons at those who speak out against them. Is that even remotely sane?
These assaults and attacks are crimes of the worst sort. The hiding of them is permitted by our Secrecy laws, they are crimes conducted in secret. Their existence is suppressed.
How could something akin to Nuclear Warfare and Absolute Holocaust be permitted to exist in secret, unchallenged? Maybe that is why the Military has been keeping Electronic Warfare so secret–they know none of us would approve.
Society would be seriously perturbed if people understood that Directed-Energy weapons meant you–any one of us–could be attacked, day in, day out–in your heart, your temple, your eyes, your brain, your kidneys, your liver, your pancreas, your genitals--by pulses of dirty radiation, that no-one could see, hear, or touch, and be able to do nothing about it–and all just for your beliefs, your thoughts, your words, your actions. What price thinking you’re the one in charge of your own health, your own body, your own mind?

FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover issued directives on COINTELPRO, ordering FBI agents to “expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, neutralize or otherwise eliminate” the activities of these movements and especially their leaders. Under Hoover, the agent in charge of COINTELPRO was William C. Sullivan.
Their tactics against the very people whose tax contributions pay their salary included anonymous phone calls, IRS audits, and the creation of documents that would divide their target’s families.
Targeted Individuals are harassed for months or years before they realize that they are being targeted by an organized Life-Torture Program.
Many innocent people are targeted for these harassment programs. Their friends, family, and the community at large, through massive media control, are used to monitor, prosecute, and harass them. In the former Jewish controlled USSR these programs accused innocent people of being an “enemy of the state,” or “mentally unfit,” and many were institutionalized or murdered using this form of governmental systematic control.
According to attorney Brian Glick in his book War at Home, the FBI used four main methods during COINTELPRO:
(1) Infiltration: Agents and informers did not merely spy on selected targets. Their main purpose was to discredit and disrupt. Their very presence served to undermine trust and scare off potential supporters of the target through lies and false accusations. The FBI and police exploited this fear to smear genuinely good people as agents, accusing their victims of doing what the FBI itself was doing;
(2) Psychological warfare: The FBI and police used myriad “dirty tricks” to undermine people who they opposed. They planted false media stories and published bogus leaflets and other publications in the name of targeted groups. They forged correspondence, sent anonymous letters, and made anonymous telephone calls. They spread misinformation about meetings and events, set up pseudo movement groups run by government agents, and manipulated or strong-armed parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to cause trouble for activists. They used bad-jacketing to create suspicion about targets, sometimes with lethal consequences; They sent people to marry into and befriend the families of their perceived enemies, also usually with lethal consequences.
(3) Harassment via the legal system: The FBI and police abused the legal system to harass regular people and make them appear to be criminals. Officers of the law gave perjured testimony and presented fabricated evidence as a pretext for false arrests and wrongful imprisonment. They discriminatorily enforced tax laws and other government regulations and used conspicuous surveillance, “investigative” interviews, and grand jury subpoenas in an effort to intimidate activists and silence their supporters;
(4) Illegal force: The FBI conspired with local police departments to threaten dissidents; to conduct illegal break-ins in order to search dissident homes; and to commit vandalism, assaults, beatings and assassinations. The object was to frighten or eliminate dissidents and disrupt their movements.
The Final Report of the Select Frank Church Committee blasted with the behavior of the intelligence community in its domestic operations (including COINTELPRO) in no uncertain terms:
“The Committee finds that the domestic activities of the intelligence community at times violated specific statutory prohibitions and infringed the constitutional rights of American citizens. The legal questions involved in intelligence programs were often not considered. On other occasions, they were intentionally disregarded in the belief that because the programs served the “national security” the law did not apply. While intelligence officers on occasion failed to disclose to their superiors programs which were illegal or of questionable legality, the Committee finds that the most serious breaches of duty were those of senior officials, who were responsible for controlling intelligence activities and generally failed to assure compliance with the law. Many of the techniques used would be intolerable in a democratic society even if all of the targets had been involved in violent activity, but COINTELPRO went far beyond that – the Bureau conducted a sophisticated vigilante operation aimed squarely at preventing the exercise of First Amendment rights of speech and association, on the theory that preventing the growth of dangerous groups and the propagation of dangerous ideas would protect the national security and deter violence.”
In counter-intelligence organized-stalking programs, civilian spies are recruited from every segment of society, and everyone in the “targets” life is made a part of this ongoing, continuous, and systematic form of control and harassment, with such actions that are specifically designed to control the target and to “keep them in line,” like a Pavlovian Dog.
Despite the fact that these actions are designed to mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, socially, and psychologically destroy the target over years, to make them appear to be crazy, and leave them with no form of support, whatsoever, in actual practice something very different happens.
I’ve observed that these malicious operatives end up becoming mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, socially, and psychologically destroyed themselves over the years, while their targets, such as myself, manage to adapt their lives in very creative ways. Those who end up appearing to be crazy, and with no form of support, whatsoever, are the ones doing the torturing.
For the state, this appears to be a way to keep their targets in line, control them, or ultimately destroy them. Instead, we’ll be seeing the state itself destroyed along with every person who depends on it for cash and status even while they work to destroy the very source of that cash and status, the productive tax-payers whose dependence on their pirate system diminishes as a result of the harassment.
This systematic form of control is funded at every level of government, every agency is involved in it. All of them. Targets can be chosen for many reasons, but mainly they are targeted for political reasons. People who don’t cooperate with the rape and pillage of our nation will find themselves labeled as:
(1) whistle-blowers;
(2) political dissident;
(3) one who asserts rights at work;
(4) one who has personally displeased members of the elites in our society;
(5) one who is too outspoken;
(6) one who is an investigator ;
(7) a signer of a petition;
(8) a writer of letters;
(9) one who is reported as “suspicious” by a civilian spy/snitch
(10) one with a family history that displeases those in power
The goal of the state-sanctioned intelligence agency organized-stalking and domestic torture program is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalized, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment are to destroy the target's reputation and credibility, and to make the target look “crazy” or unstable.
The process often involves sensitizing the target to every day negative and even horrific “stimuli” as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they “get out of line.” Targets of this relentless and merciless harassment become vulnerable and destitute, and often become homeless, jobless, have a breakdown, are driven to suicide, similar to targets of the banned COINTELPRO. The government eliminates perceived “enemies of the state” in this manner.
Every time the target moves, the same defamation, lies, libel, and slander will be spread, and the systematic harassment will continue. Online defamation, libel, and slander on the internet has made this continuation of counterintelligence organized-stalking a great deal easier.
People from all segments of society can be recruited to be the “eyes and ears” of the state, such as laborers, drug dealers, drug users, street people, prostitutes, punks, church groups, youth groups, your best friend, your lawyer, local policeman, doctor, emergency services, a neighbor, family, social workers, politicians, judges, dentists, vet, supermarket cashier, postman, religious leader, care worker, landlord, anyone.
Most of these recruited civilian spies/snitches do not understand or even care that the end consequence of this harassment protocol is to eventually destroy the targeted person, and function as “useful idiots” of the state-sanctioned COPS gang-stalking program.
It has been reported that people and family members participate in this organized stalking because it:
(1) gives them a sense of power;
(2) is a way to make friends;
(3) is something social and fun;
(4) breaks down race/gender/age/social barriers;
(5) is forced or blackmailed upon them by the State or police to take part;
(6) is told to them that they are part of “homeland or national security” to help keep an eye on “dangerous” or “emotionally disturbed” individuals where they are “heroic spies for the state;”
(7) is used on local thugs or informants who are already being used for other activities where their energies are diverted into these gangstalking community spy programs;
(8) is either a choice of spying for the State or police, or else go to jail;
(9) involves outright lies and slander about the target to get them to go along with ruining the targets life;
(10) includes average citizens recruited by the state the same way citizens were recruited in the former East Germany and other countries.
Some techniques used against targets in this organized stalking program include:
(1) classic conditioning where a target is sensitized to everyday stimuli over a period of months and years to harass them in public to let them know they are constantly being harassed and monitored;
(2) 24/7 Surveillance following the target everywhere they go, learning about the target and where they shop, work, play, who their friends and family are, getting close to the target, moving into the community or apartment where they live, across the street, monitoring the targets phone, house, and computer activity; I’ve known them to marry family members.
(3) isolating the target via defamation, libel, and slander campaigns, (eg, people in the target’s community are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, pedophile, crazy, in trouble for something, needs to be watched, false files will even be produced on the target, shown to neighbors, family, store keepers);
(4) constant or intermittent noise and mimicking campaigns disrupting the target's life and sleep with loud power tools, construction, stereos, doors slamming, etc;
(5) talking in public about private things in the target’s life;
(6) mimicking actions of the target and basically letting the target know that they are in the target’s life;
(7) daily interferences, not too overt to the untrained eye, but psychologically degrading and damaging to the target over time;
(8) everyday life breaks and street theater such as flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property;
(9) mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets such as getting called/text messages to be at a specific time and place to perform a specific action;
(10) blocking targets path, getting ahead of them in line, cutting or boxing them in on the road, saying or doing things to elicit a response from the target;
(11) “baiting” tactics where a surveillance operation can selectively capture evidence of a targeted person responding to harassment, and then that evidence could then be used to justify the initiation of more formal scrutiny by a government agency.
The Gang-Stalking Program, as all other state sanctioned/approved gang-stalking programs, have always been funded by the Government. They are the only ones with enough money, coordination, and power to keep such a system in place. These coordinated efforts then join hands with others for this systemic form of control and harassment.
Such operations have nothing to do with the target’s criminality – they are led and perpetrated by federal agents and intelligence/security contractors, often with the support of state and local law enforcement personnel.
Unofficial operations of this type are often private investigators and vigilantes – including many former agents and police officers, sometimes on behalf of corporate clients and others with connections to the public and private elements of America’s security industry.
The goal of such operations is “disruption” of the life of an individual deemed to be an enemy (or potential enemy) of clients or members of the security state. Arguably, the most accurate term for this form of harassment would be “counterintelligence stalking.” I would call it simply “Torture."
Agents of communist East Germany’s Stasi (state police) referred to this process as Zersetzung (German for “decomposition” or “corrosion” – a reference to the severe psychological, social, and financial effects upon the victim). Victims have described the process as “no-touch torture” – a phrase which also captures the nature of the crime: cowardly, unethical (and often illegal), but difficult to prove legally, because it generates minimal forensic evidence.
Tactics include online and personal slander, libel, defamation, blacklisting, “mobbing” (intense, organized harassment in public), “black bag jobs” (residential break-ins), abusive phone calls, computer hacking, framing, threats, blackmail, vandalism, “street theater” (staged physical and verbal interactions with the minions of the people who orchestrate the stalking), harassment by noises, and other forms of bullying.
Such stalking is sanctioned (and in some cases, orchestrated) by federal agencies; however such stalking is also sometimes used unofficially for personal and corporate vendettas by current and former corrupt employees of law enforcement and intelligence agencies, private investigators, and their clients.
As was stated above, organized stalking methods were used extensively by communist East Germany’s Stasi (state police) as a means of maintaining political control over its citizens. Although this is supposedly illegal in the US, the same covert tactics are quietly used by America’s local and federal law enforcement, and intelligence agencies, to suppress political and domestic dissent, silence whistle-blowers, and get revenge against persons who have angered someone with connections to the public and private agencies involved.
How Interesting eh? Talk about pure insanity. So, apparently Zionist psychopaths can attack the Canadian population but Chinese government agents can't?
Why isn't the famed supposed whistleblower Edward Snowden talking about any of the advanced technology I am referring to? How does someone like Edward Snowden get on TedTalk, the CBC, NBC, MSNBC, ABC, John Stossel, and the shows of two comedians, namely John Oliver and Joe Rogan. It is pretty simple, it's because Edward Snowden is a phony and a liar by omission like many spies. The appearance of truth is just as dangerous and sometimes even more dangerous than lies.

Apparently, they should be watched and they are worthy of COINTELPRO techniques being practiced on them. There are a number of people that could be thrown into this category. For instance, many Libertarians who want to minimalize our government or minarchists who would also be seen as potential terrorists. These people are often very peaceful people and only believe in self-defense.Most people just think of "Anarchists" as the idiots who go around breaking stuff and causing riots. The reality is, even Noam Chomsky identifies as some sort of Anarchist. Anarchists, minarchists, and small government advocates are usually just people who want to find more efficient solutions for our economic and political problems. But, even this can make those in power worried because the problems they identify are often granting someone too much authority or making someone money! They might also cause some people to lose their jobs. The real problem authority figures have with peaceful politically educated individuals is these political dissidents oppose and expose abuses of power by authority figures. The people in power are stepping all over our rights and Libertarians point this out. Libertarians often cite human rights abuses when constructing their arguments. They base their arguments on natural rights, natural law, and property rights. They abide by peaceful co-existence.All of these were around before our government was brought into existence. We had Common Law which had its birth way back in the Magna Carta.They often want economic freedom and prosperity and this is a part of their reasoning. Their ideologies are very similar to traditional human rights advocates. They believe that the government is established to uphold the rights of the people and if the government is not doing this, it becomes dysfunctional and should be modified or potentially abolished.

Very plainly, factions from Homeland Security and the US Military, in collusion with Intel agencies such as the NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, and in a massive cover-up operation involving the collusion of neighborhoods, communities, and private businesses, has been and is covertly and clandestinely torturing American and Canadian citizens, (particularly outspoken activists, writers, and community members, in essentially a blatant “neutralizing of dissent”) 24/7 with deadly radio-frequency radiating neuroweaponry, euphemistically termed non-lethal weapons, and Remote Neural Monitoring technologies, both of which permit operators to remotely irradiate and manipulate human beings, in officially-sanctioned and clandestinely-run Non-Lethal Weapons testing and nonconsensual University-run science/sociology research programs on the civilian American population. The Patriot Act, the NDAA, and Executive Orders and Pentagon Directives are being used to cover up this crime of mammoth proportions.
Secrecy in law has brought us to a point where people either live in fear of the surveillance state and are afraid to speak their minds, or are naively co-opted into actively harassing activists/whistleblowers/writers in their midst, by Intel agencies working locally through Fusion Centers (via narratives of fabricated “investigations” of these civically-engaged citizens falsely termed “security risks” now needing to be “monitored electronically” 24/7 by the oh-so-concerned State and enrolled covertly in “neuroscience/behavior modification programs” which warrant friendly but un-turn-downable “official” requests for community co-operation).
Businesses and communities are openly repressed by Intel agencies using the overreaching powers of state secrecy laws–like Section 215 of the Patriot Act, and the whole Patriot Act, and the facile issue of National Security Letters via secret machinations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, and secret sharing of private information, all tools to oppress civilians and groups, and to force a community’s silence through gag orders and threats of incarceration and fines.

Essentially, the intelligence agencies pass information onto the RCMP and the FBI. The problem with this is that the intelligence agencies are run by strong Zionist interests. I think it is important to ask ---- is keeping quiet about this classified technology and these Stasi stalking techniques compatible with the Libertarian principles of "non-aggression" that Walter holds? My personal opinion is it is more compatible with East Germany than Libertarianism.
Just for the record, Walter knows what these people are doing with electromagnetic weapons. Just like many of the other pseudo-Libertarians listed here, here and here. Many of these supposed "Libertarians" are Zionists and they are strong supporters of Israel. When it comes to compromising their principles, they are exactly like the Pharisees who Jesus charged with being hypocrites. In others words, they say one thing and do the exact opposite. When it comes to Israel and Judaism, they are willing to completely ignore their principles. What they really believe in is enforcing Jewish rule over Gentiles.
Here is a good way to separate the wheat from the chaff ---- if they are not talking about organized Stasi-like stalking techniques or classified technology and electromagnetic weapons, there is a good chance they might be a Judas goat.
