This is the exact same technology that is being used right now by intelligence agencies. They are using synthetic telepathy. This is how intelligence agents communicate with each other and monitor their targets. This is also how they put thoughts into the brains of others without them knowing.

This sort of communication can be done between a group of people connected to a targeted individual and a computer, and also, from a computer to a human alone. For example, this could be done by a supercomputer that is monitoring the thoughts and the vital signs of individuals and can put thoughts into their head against their own will.

Yes, this is extremely creepy and all 100% real. It is worthwhile technology when it is done with someone's consent and it is a removable device or a headset, but, when it is connected to nanotechnology or a brain computer interface in someone's brain  and they don't know about it... it is an incredible violation of human rights. It not only violates privacy, but also, brain computer interfaces have the ability to control, influence and alter the behavior of people without them knowing it. (See here, here, here and here.) This technology is not as new as they would have you think. These people have had an unbelievable level of control over the population for decades. Military Secret Brain-Chipping Soldiers Program Exposed

The United States is secretly implanting mind control brain chips in soldiers under the guise of proactively helping to heal battlefield brain injuries, according to an NPR interview with the author of a new book, implicating the highly secret branch of the U.S. military, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, DARPA, in a human rights violation that has surpassed criteria of a crime against humanity.

“Of the 2.5 million Americans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, 300,000 of them came home with traumatic brain injury,” journalist Annie Jacobsen told NPR. “DARPA initiated a series of programs to help cognitive functioning, to repair some of this damage. And those programs center around putting brain chips inside the tissue of the brain.

”While the public is being told that the U.S. military is trying to find some way through computer technology to help people with brain injury, the program is far less than benevolent, according to Jacobsen, other scientists and thousands of secretly implanted Targeted Individuals.

"But your concern is that whatever is being discovered through that process might be turned to other and more secret ends," NPR's Steve Inskeep told Jacobsen.

"And this is a concern that has been voiced to me by many knowledgeable scientists who have worked with DARPA over the years," Jacobsen replied.

Once again, a disturbing claim consistently reported by thousands of  innocent Targeted Individuals (TIs) has been validated, albeit only after years of suffering and reporting of physical and psychological injury. Their suffering continues unabated, dismissed as "paranoia" or other mental illness, disregarded as fringe accusations by nearly every legal and medical professional nationwide.

DARPA hires scientists and defense contractors to secretly develop new weapons and new technology. When DARPA launched its RAM (Restoring Active Memory) program in 2014, it projected approximately four years until researchers were implanting chips in humans. What the military tells the public will occur usually has already been a reality, sometimes for decades. Just ask Annie Jacobsen, author of the new book about the history of DARPA, "The Pentagon's Brain." According to Jacobsen, DARPA has been, in effect, mapping the human brain for behavior control.

"Brain mapping is a set of neuroscience techniques predicated on the mapping of (biological) quantities or properties onto spatial representations of the (human or non-human) brain resulting in maps. Brain mapping is further defined as the study of the anatomy and function of the brain and spinal cord through the use of imaging (including intra-operative, microscopic, endoscopic and multi-modality imaging), immunohistochemistry, molecular & optogenetics, stem cell and cellular biology, engineering (material, electrical and biomedical), neurophysiology and nanotechnology, according to the definition established in 2013 by Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT).

After countless Targeted Individuals reported to this author their experiences and evidence of being implanted victims of a secret program implanting people without their knowledge or consent, I wrote an article revolving around the explosive court case of brain-implanted Mr. James Walbert.

The brain implantation procedure can and is being used as a form of mind control on "America's best" citizens, according to one of the nation's most prestigious private investigators formerly involved in U.S. intelligence, William Taylor. Equally concerning is dentists and other medical professionals easily and routinely implanting chips into patients, including children, with neither patient nor parent knowledge or consent. This is why NSA employees go to designated dentists and medical professionals.

Subsequent trauma that brain implanted victims allegedly experience meets criteria of torture. This technological "no-touch torture" can be applied in the home and community of anyone perceived a possible threat to the "Homeland." It also meets criteria of a crime against humanity.

In a historic 2014 Russia Today program, TI Magnus Olsson explained that today’s secretly forced human chips are as tiny as a few nanometers. He exposed many shocking details that made Edward Snowden’s human surveillance and control disclosures seem sophomoric.

Through brain implant technology, human rights - all the important ethical issues regarding the most special aspects of being a free human being living a full human life - are dismissed.

They are doing this to tons of people. They have chips and nanotechnology in the brains of many unknowing citizens right now. I am one of these people. The funny thing is, under Bill C-51 in Canada and Homeland Security in the United States, they think they can do whatever they want... even torture people. Remember, they can actually waterboard you in both countries. Yes, even in Canada. But, they don't have to because there is absolutely no point. They can torture you with microwaves from a remote location and find out what you are thinking without resorting to waterboarding by using classified technology.

That is how many rights you have in these countries. If they don't like you, you go on a list and they will treat you like some sort of animal in a slaughter factory. You will be used, abused, experimented on and potentially killed. They will ruin your life so bad that you will want to kill yourself. They will allow a bunch of people access to you and your brain like it is a reality TV show. THIS IS THE REAL TRUTH. There are tons of awful pieces of scum walking around in your country that know this right now.

They are absolutely ruthless. They hook your brain up to a computer, watching out your eyes and hearing out your ears. (See here.) They can also shoot you with microwaves. (See here.) They contact people around you and slander you. They then get people to stalk, harass and follow you. Think about it... Google Earth is extremely old technology and you know what it can do.

As one example, in May 25, 2007, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence Michael McConnell authorized the National Applications Office (NAO) of the Department of Homeland Security to allow local, state, and domestic Federal agencies to access imagery from military intelligence Reconnaissance satellites and Reconnaissance aircraft sensors which can now be used to observe the activities of U.S. citizens. The satellites and aircraft sensors will be able to detect chemical traces, and identify objects in buildings and "underground bunkers", and will provide real-time video at much higher resolutions than the still images produced by programs such as Google Earth. Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that this sort of technology will be abused. You have complete control over the lives of other people without them knowing it. It is like amped up reality TV or a game to these demon psychopaths. If you have nanotechnology or brain-computer interface in you, they have access to your EEG, can put thoughts in your head, look out your eyes and hear out your ears.

They love to torture people and make them go crazy. They love to slander people and watch the public pick them apart. This is exactly what they did in Communist countries with political dissidents, they allowed a bunch of gangs and mobs to go after intellectuals and political dissidents because they were the vanguard of the population.

Dawn of Human 2.0? Nanobot Implants Connect Our Brains to the Internet and Give Us 'God-Like' Super-Intelligence

Maybe he means that by 2030 all of humanity will be hooked up. The human brain could be enhanced by tiny robotic implants that connect to cloud-based computer networks to give us 'God-like' abilities, according to a leading computer scientist.

Ray Kurzweil, an author and inventor who describes himself as a futurist who works on Google's machine learning project, said such technology could be the next step in human evolution.

He predicted that by the 2030s, humans will be using nanobots capable of tapping into our neocortex and connecting us directly to the world around us.

Tiny robots (illustrated above) that have the capacity to connect our 

brains directly to the internet could help to give humans God-like
abilities, expanding our capacity for emotions and creativity

This will allow people to send emails and photos directly to each other's brains while also backing up our thoughts and memories. (See here and here for how synthetic telepathy is possible now.) 

Speaking at an event organized by the Singularity University at Moffett Field in California, which he helped found and TheWorldPost, Mr Kurzweil said they could also expand our capacity for emotions and creativity.

He said this ability to expand our brains with the information held in the cloud will combine with the power of artificial intelligence to make humans more 'God-like'. Mr Kurzweil said: 'There is beauty, love and creativity and intelligence in the world, and it all comes from the neocortex.

'We are going to be able to expand the neocortex and so we are going to become more God-like.

'We are going to add additional levels of abstraction and create more profound means of expression so we are going to be more musical, we are going to be funnier, we are going to be sexier and be better at expression more loving sentiments.'

He added that it may be possible in the future to use the extra brain power provided by the cloud to multiply human intelligence.

He said in the 2030s if he met Google co-founder Larry Page, for example, in the street, the technology could provide some assistance.

He said: 'So I'm walking along, and I see Larry Page coming, and I think, 'I better think of something clever to say.'

But my 300 million modules in my neocortex isn't going to cut it. I need a billion in two seconds.

'I'll be able to access that in the cloud -- just like I can multiply intelligence with my smartphone thousands fold today.'

CREATING LIVING ROBOTS 

DNA already has the potential to transform the computing world by recreating living cells into data storage devices. Now scientists have gone one step further and used DNA ‘nanobots’ inside living cockroaches that open up to deliver drugs.

The nanorobots, which can function like living computers, were created using DNA strands that fold and unfold like origami. Bioengineers hope DNA nanobots could carry out complex programs that could one day be used to diagnose or treat diseases. 

Daniel Levner, a bioengineer at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University and his colleagues at Bar Ilan University in Ramat-Gan, Israel, made the nanobots by exploiting the binding properties of DNA. When DNA comes across a certain kind of protein, it unravels into two different strands, according to a report by Sarah Spickernell at New Scientist.

The concept of nanomachines being inserted into the human body has been around in science fiction for decades. See here for a video clip from a movie. In the TV series Star Trek tiny molecular robots called nanites were used to help repair damaged cells in the body. Mr Kurzeweil said similar robots could be built out of DNA and injected into the brain. Last year researchers injected packages of DNA that would unfurl under certain conditions into the bodies of cockroaches.

The DNA origami was described as being the first step towards building basic robots that perform logical operations when it encounters a specific protein – much like a 1 or a 0 from a silicon microchip. The more DNA robots injected into an animal, the greater the complexity can be achieved, and the researchers from the Bar Ilan University are now working to scale up the 'computing power' so that it rivals old 8-bit computers from the 1980s like a Commodore 64 or an Atari 800.

Scientists at Rice University recently demonstrated a single-molecule 'car', which had buckyballs of carbon for wheels and could be controlled by changes in temperature. 

However, some scientists have warned the effectiveness of such devices will be limited.

Most nano-machines are likely to find more use as ways of delivering drugs to specific cells in the body.

Professor James Friend, a mechanical engineer at the University of California San Diego told TheWorldPost that getting approval to inject these into humans may be difficult.

He said would be a great deal of concern about injecting 'swimming mysterious things in your head and leaving them there'.

Other leading scientists and technology experts have expressed fears at the growing use of Artificial Intelligence and called for tighter controls to be placed on its development.

But Mr Kurzeweil said nanobots could also help people create realistic avatars with the aid of artificial intelligence.

He said: In the 2030s, we will be able to send nanobots into living people's brains and extract memories of people who have passed away. Then you can really make them very realistic.'

Artificial intelligence has the potential to be as dangerous to mankind as nuclear weapons, a leading pioneer of the technology has claimed.

Professor Stuart Russell, a computer scientist who has lead research on artificial intelligence, fears humanity might be 'driving off a cliff' with the rapid development of AI.

He fears the technology could too easily be exploited for use by the military in weapons, putting them under the control of AI systems. His views echo those of people like Elon Musk who have warned recently about the dangers of artificial intelligence.

Professor Stephen Hawking also joined a group of leading experts to sign an open letter warning of the need for safeguards to ensure AI has a positive impact on mankind. Dr Stuart Armstrong, from Oxford University's Future of Humanity Institute, has also predicted that intelligent robots could soon take over the running of countries. 

He believes it's a race against time to develop safeguards around artificial intelligence research before robots outwit us. Professor Hawking has said: 'The development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race.'

This brave new world, sugar-coated picture, that the monied elites of California paint for anyone that pays them attention is a utopian delusion. They are not showing you the pitfalls of allowing unmetered access to your mind. But even worse, of electromagnetic weapons and electronic warfare. It is bad enough if someone can hack into your brain and listen into your thoughts, it is even worse that they can influence your behavior, hurt or potentially kill you. 

None of the pitfalls of such devices are ever expanded on by these elite transhumanists in California. They only state a profound positive enhancement taking place in people’s lives. They never envisage, (well publicly they don’t) it all going wrong. With everyone being able to access all of your thoughts, all the time. With there being no firewall to block unwanted access. With there being no buffer to stop unwanted leaks of damaging information. That is the reality of technological telepathy.

Mind Control With Electric Signals: Advanced DARPA Study Has Perfected Mind Control In Squids

Squids are masters of camouflage, and can manipulate the colors emitted by their skin with a distributed central nervous system in order to blend in. 

Now DARPA can manipulate the color changes too, by hacking into the squid's central nervous system functions. 

A study funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has perfected the art of using electrical signals to manipulate the color of a squid's iridescent skin over the entire color spectrum.

The Marine Biological Laboratory in Massachusetts carried out the research. The nerve network in squid skin is immensely complex, and now the ability to manipulate that system offers new opportunities for active camouflage. 

DARPA has a number of programs that set out to hack biology. This is one of them, seeking to exploit the squid's advanced camouflage for military use. 

The colors come from "iridophores" on the squid's skin. Now that the scientists know which nerves stimulate which iridophores — not to mention how to electrically shock the nerve to project the right color — they'll be able to advance the research on iridophore manipulation.

• personal responsibility and its possible constraints (e.g. who is responsible for erroneous actions with a neuroprosthesis),
• issues concerning personality and personhood and its possible alteration,
• therapeutic applications and their possible exceedance,
• questions of research ethics that arise when progressing from animal experimentation to application in human subjects,
• mind-reading and privacy,
• mind-control,
• use of the technology in advanced interrogation techniques by governmental authorities,
• selective enhancement and social stratification.

Nanotechnology and the Brain

What do you know about nanotechnology? 

How would you like to have nanobots or nanowires inside your brain and be hooked up to a supercomputer with quantum computing and artificial intelligence so they can data mine your life? Sounds crazy? It's already happening. They can introduce it to you through a simple injection or in an airborne delivery methodology like smart dust, a virus or a bacteria. Imagine being "hooked up" to another brain. Imagine that you could influence the EEG of another person's brain. What can you do when you change the EEG of another person? You can change who that person is. Effectively, two brains become one. 

There have been scientific studies conducted that show how a BCI (Brain-Computer Interface,) can change the neuroplasticity of a human brain. This is one of the reasons why ethical considerations plague anything that alters the human mind.  Imagine your life being broadcast "live" and recorded like a movie. Imagine them doing this just for entertainment. You're a girl on Facebook that they like and want to "get to know" you on an intimate level?  You're a political dissident with political views the "powers that be" don't like?  Watch out. The people in power are absolutely terrible and they do this.
