It is about corruption. This could change, obviously some people are making a lot of money from drugs at the expense of the majority of Canadians and Americans.
It is government corruption. Not everyone in the government, but you have to think, they must be influential people that have power over intelligence agencies or working with them. Especially American intelligence agencies.
There is also a serious problem with lobbying, blackmail and bribery in Canada, similar to what is going on in the USA It is out of control.
