Sound Weapons Used For Hurting People Going Way Back in Time - Subproject 54 - Cause Concussions

See here and here for monitoring and torturing people with ultrasound.  See here for the Frey effect.

See here for an excellent documentary that talks about the history of human experimentation that connects to McGill University, Allen Memorial Institute, Ewen Cameron, Canada, and the CIA. While Cameron was evaluating defendants at Nuremberg—where the foundational Nuremberg Code on medical ethics was established to condemn non-consensual human experimentation by Nazi doctors—he later engaged in some of these same practices himself.

See here for more about Ewen Cameron from Wikipedia. Notice all the psychiatric and psychological organizations he was running. Now, this was at the beginning of the development of the DSM Manual. What an odd coincidence. Do you not find it interesting how virtually no psychologists or psychiatrists talk about human experimentation, torture, or mind control? Are these people all this ignorant?

The crazed psychopath below was actually working in Canada at Allen Memorial Institute at McGill University.  He was essentially one of the founders of MKULTRA and was working for the CIA. One of the techniques they were using back then and are still using now is called "psychic driving." Psychic driving is essentially brain remapping or brain repatterning that works much in the same manner as how our brains change with neuroplasticity.

Essentially, thoughts and emotions over time create neural associations... which in turn, affect personality. Imagine the power of isolating people and pumping thoughts and emotions into their heads, especially if they don't know someone is doing it to them. They will pretty much have a hard time telling it from their own thoughts or emotions, given how advanced this is now. You can begin to change who they are and what they believe.

All of this leads to where we are today: cybernetics, transhumanism, and the bio-digital revolution.
