Below is the email I sent to Justin Trudeau, here is his Wikipedia bio. He is the Prime Minister of Canada.

I am writing to you because I have been experiencing problems with technology. Specifically, brain-computer interfaces and nanotechnology. I am experiencing abuse from people in the United States and Canada that are using electromagnetic waves and ultrasound to hurt me, track me and read my thoughts. The technology is inside my body. Email Letter I Sent to Head of Public Safety Canada, Marco Mendicino - Of Course No Reply

Below is the email I sent to Marco Mendicino, here is his Wikipedia bio. He is the the Minister of Public Safety in Canada and is also responsible for the oversight of the RCMP.

This is the equivalent of  the head of Homeland Security in the United States.

Subjecting people to torture is a human rights violation to their right for a life with dignity. International organizations and several sovereign nations advocate against the use of torture for any reason. Article 5 of the UDHR holds that no person shall be subjected to torture. Under international law, a person’s right not to be tortured is absolute and mustn’t be restricted in any way. Torture is the act of purposefully causing severe physical or mental suffering to another person. People engage in methods of torture “as a means of punishment, coercion, and/or to obtain information.” As an absolute right, no means can justify the mistreatment of a person via torture to achieve a political or law enforcement objective.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a document that calls for “fundamental human rights to be universally protected.” The UDHR was created after World War II with the purpose of setting a road map for human rights, freedom, and notions of equality, to which the international community could be in agreement.[9]

Members of the international community, including the United States, adopted the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which concurrently states that no person shall be tortured. The U.S. is obligated to submit a periodic report to the ICCPR committee every four years. The U.S. reports “on the implementation of the rights and obligations enshrined” in the ICCPR. Once the report is submitted, the ICCPR may issue conclusive recommendations that are not legally binding, but nevertheless “place an important moral obligation on the U.S. government” to comply. Therefore, if a state commits an ICCPR violation, the state must rely on the conclusive recommendations “for immediate implementation within one year.” Also, a Special Rapporteur is “appointed for follow-up to concluding observations, and will produce a follow-up progress report” for the ICCPR.

In efforts to address the various interpretations of torture that would allow some nations to continue pursuing such particular methods, the United Nations (UN) established the Convention Against Torture Protocol (CAT) in 1984, which began its implementation in 1987.CAT does not exempt any recourse justification for committing torture and, therefore, prohibits orders from public authority to be used as justifications for torture. The United States’ stance on torture is similar to what the international community abides by prohibiting “torture committed by public officials […] against persons within the public official’s custody or control.” The U.S. signed the CAT protocol in 1988 with reservations. Thus, the U.S. adopted CAT with the reservation that its Articles were “not self-executing, and therefore required domestic implementing legislation.” This condition made CAT “not directly enforceable in U.S. courts, and Congress generally must pass legislation implementing the provision in a domestic statute to make it judicially enforceable.”

THIS EVIL TECHNOLOGY HAS TO BE EXPOSED

Psychologists and psychiatrists are going to have to tell the truth one day. WHY EWEN CAMERON IS SO IMPORTANT, THE HEAD OF ALL OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND THEN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DSM MANUAL. YOU KNOW WHO HE IS RIGHT?

Imagine the ability to torture and experiment on people for years without them knowing, that is how evil this is. Log right into you and torture you. Now you understand why ALL OF THE MEDIA IS COVERING THIS UP. WHO RUNS THIS MEDIA? ALTERNATIVE MEDIA TOO. REMEMBER HOW BIG THE USA MILITARY BUDGET IS, THE EQUIVALENCE OF THE NEXT 12 COUNTRIES COMBINED. THE USA INTELLIGENCE BUDGET, WITH THE 5 EYES IS THE ALTERNATIVE MEDIA. THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES ARE COVERING ALL OF THIS UP, THEY ARE DEMONS FROM HELL. Many of the police are also working with them, same with some nurses and doctors, computer scientists, electrical engineers and other engineers, rocket scientists, neuroscientists, micro biologists, and physicists. This is evil and sick, worse than anything in the Hollywood movies.  

They have literally created Hell on earth. Why are so many wealthy people covering this up? All the Silicon Valley individuals. WHY ARE SO MANY RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS COVERING THIS UP?
