CSE Headquarters' $1.2-Billion Price Tag - But Canadians Would Still Rather Riot About Hockey Games

It must be remembered, that the CSE is a part of the "Five Eyes" so they share information just like the new Homeland Security laws and plans that were brought in after September 11, 2001.

As strange as it may sound, you are a slave. They just hide it from you, and as I have said previously, they even have the nerve to get you to finance your own slavery! You literally live in a country that is a Stasi fascist technocratic dictatorship similar to East Germany. The ideology that is driving this is Zionism and those who are favorable to the state of Israel.  

The CSE is no different than CSIS, and CSIS was started by the influential Zionist Bob Kaplan. It is Zionism controlling the RCMP at the very top, just like the CSE and CSIS. CSIS was formed in 1984 when the intelligence was taken away from the RCMP. This was part of the strategy, this way they could feed the "intelligence" to the RCMP and provide their ideas of terrorism to them. This was around the same time as the Ernst Zundel trial and when Reagan was in power in the United States. Reagan came to power with the help of organized crime. You have to begin to wonder what is wrong with the Canadian and American public. Why do they so willing accept such blatant dishonesty and garbage? How can people be so complacent? How can their priorities be so out of tune that they care more about their favorite hockey team than the issues that are listed on this blog?

It's pretty simple. Some people are just ignorant of all of this. But in other cases, we are dealing with minds of perpetual juvenile delinquency. Something that people would never have tolerated even 45 years ago during the Vietnam War protests in the United States. The protests and riots should be even greater now.

The picture below is of the $1.2-billion CSE building on Ottawa's east side — dubbed the "spy palace" by critics and which is the most expensive government building ever constructed in Canada. And when the $3-billion contract to operate the building for 20 years is added, the new HQ’s cost soars past $4 billion.

LOOK AT IT! It looks like an airport. In fact, the building has more floor space than Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, and cost enough to build “several” large hospitals. It houses roughly 2,000 CSE employees.

All of this is paid for by us, the helpless, ignorant stooge Canadian citizens. That is what they think of us in this country.

This building is made to enforce the control and power of the ruling elite class in this country. (See here, here and especially here for more about this.) This service will never benefit you unless you are connected to the ruling elite or working with them in some way. That is 100% the truth.

IT ALL BEGAN with Pierre Elliot Trudeau, who ruled as Prime Minister of Canada from 1968 to 1984. The year “1984″ which saw the summation of Trudeau’s policies—namely the Zionification of Canada—is an apt metaphor for the police-state grip that Jewry now wields on the once sovereign nation of Canada, currently a vassal of the global Zionist beast.

Although some argue that Pierre Trudeau showed himself as an anti-Semite and pro-Palestinian, in reality, he bowed to Zionist pressure both from American and Canadian Jewry. With the rise of the Jewish Lobby in Canada after Israel’s Six Day War, it was the Canadian Jewish Congress, the Canadian Zionist Organization, and B’nai B’rith, that established the Canada-Israel Committee (CIC) to act on behalf of Jewish interests in all of Canada’s domestic and foreign affairs.

Today under the Justin Trudeau administration, the Jewish Lobby has expanded its influence which enjoys almost complete control over the Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, through the intelligence agencies of Canada. CSIS was started in 1984 by a Zionist Jew, and nothing has changed since then. If anything it has only become worse. The CSE is no better. These organizations are literally above the law and it is through them that the RCMP receives their intelligence information.

Whatever Justin Trudeau says about Israel, actions speak louder than words, and when he takes actions such as this and this, it shows what he truly believes and who he is taking orders from.

Trudeau’s “moral” fixation on Israel and disregard of Israel’s “immoral” genocide of the Palestinians notwithstanding, one is inclined to believe that Jewish money and votes are the “obliging” motive behind Trudeau’s avowals to his most favored constituency.

BEATING TRUDEAU INTO SUBMISSION

BOWING TO THE THREAT to cut off funding to Trudeau’s Liberal Party by Canadian Jewry, the former Prime Minister found himself in a position of humiliation and political compromise.

Due to his sympathies for the plight of the Palestinians after the Six-Day War, the Jewish Lobby reacted by pressing Trudeau into departing from the policies of his predecessor, Lester Pearson, who was averse to supporting Jewish causes so strongly in the government.

Trudeau now entered into a new realm of Canadian politics, namely, catering to Jewish interests over popular sentiment.

During this period, Trudeau appointed the first Jewish Cabinet minister (Herbert Gray), the first Jewish Supreme Court Judge (Bora Laskin), the first Jewish Secretary to the Prime Minister (Jack Austin), the first Jewish Envoy to the Hague Court of Justice (Maxwell Cohen), and the first Jewish Under Secretary of External Affairs from 1977 to 1981 – Alan Gotlieb - who then became Canada’s first Jewish Ambassador to Washington.

A swarm of Zionist Jews, who were incredibly biased toward Israel and the Zionist cause, soon infested Trudeau’s personal staff with high profile names such as H. Carl Goldenberg, Simon Reisman, Bernard and Sylvia Ostrey, Jerry Grafstein, and Mickey Cohen.

JEWRY SOUNDED THE DEATH KNELL

When Trudeau’s invitation for a UN conference on international crime with PLO participation (holding observer status at the UN) to be held in Toronto was opposed by the Canadian Jewish Lobby, Trudeau caved into the intense pressure. (See here for how Zionism went against the UN.)

This was against the advice of his then Secretary of External Affairs, Allan McEachen, who wished to separate Canadian interests from Israel’s.

The Toronto Star, then under the auspices of the Joseph Atkinson Foundation, a Gentile entity, decried the cancellation as a “humiliation” to Canada in “abandoning” principle and “giving into” threats.

The Zionist issue came to a boil when Israel’s Prime Minister, Menachim Begin, was invited by the Canada-Israel Committee to speak at Toronto’s Beth Zedek Synagogue.

In a provocative speech, Begin called on Canadian Jews to press Trudeau to move the Canadian Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. If Trudeau refused, Begin urged his fellow Jews that they were to deny Trudeau’s Liberal Party their votes and support the Conservative Party instead.

Trudeau did refuse, noting that Jerusalem was “defined by the United Nations as one of the occupied territories.” As far as Trudeau was concerned, Begin’s visit amounted to an interference in Canada’s domestic affairs, resulting, (in what one minister observed), Trudeau harboring a “passionate hatred” for Begin and undergoing a “thorough exasperation” with “Zionist pressure groups.”

But Jewry’s interference with Canada’s policies and its threat to free speech was not to be stopped. Since 2003, Izzy’s son, Leonard Asper, has been running the show, (literally), in Canada’s propaganda dissemination, in which all budding journalists’ attempts to present a balanced view of Israel’s activities and policies were censured.

With Canada’s Press and its most popular Television Network, Global, then owned and controlled by the Jewish “Izzy” Asper family, (fierce Zionists, whose media empire began in 1975), any exposure of views critical of Jewish interests at the expense of Canada’s, was not permitted. (Today it is owned by the conglomerate Corus, and absolutely nothing has changed as Canadian media has become more and more centralized and biased towards the cause of Zionism. THE FINAL BLOW

FREE SPEECH IN CANADA received its final blow in 1977, when, via fervent lobbying by the Canadian Jewish Congress and efforts by Toronto Jewish lawyer, Mark Freiman, the Canadian Human Rights Act was enacted into law.

The Canadian Human Rights Act made it a criminal offense to communicate by phone or via the internet any material that “exposes a person or persons to hatred or contempt.”

The Canadian Jewish thought police, led by the Bnai Brith (who the ADL is a part of,) and the Canadian Jewish Congress, have enforced this law through various harassments, prosecutions. and lately, assaults on academic freedom and YouTube videos. This also happens because of the strong links between the intelligence community and Silicon Valley companies like Microsoft, Skype, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Yahoo.

Take this along with Bill C-51 and the other information I am talking about. All of this is information that is very relevant for Canadians who think they are living in a "free country."

More Phony Libertarian Websites That People Should Protest Against Plus Stasi Techniques and Bio-Weapons

As I previously posted here, here and here ---- there's a whole slew of websites on the internet that are professing to be "alternative" media websites. While some of the information they provide is valuable,... you must question their motives, who they really are, and who they work for. (See here for evidence of CSIS being behind front groups that pose as oppositional causes.) 

This is no different than what these websites are doing. As I will show you, these "alternative" media websites are created to find people that value freedom and want to actually do something about the corruption in their countries. See here and here for more information about the kind of people they are looking for. 

It is very important that you question the sincerity of the individuals behind these alternative media websites. Many of them are not telling the truth about what is happening in your countries and how bad the situation really is. Right now you are witnessing a STASI-style takedown of the Canadian and United States governments by Zionists. Essentially, they are enforcing a Stasi-style rule through the intelligence agencies that are behind them. This is similar to what was happening in East Germany when the public did not know how corrupt the country really was. 

They are also using drug dealers and organized crime. It is heavily linked to Jewish organized crime. (See here, here and here for more about Jewish organized crime.) You have to understand that some of these people are above the law, they are getting contracts from the government to do intelligence work, and then they recruit more drug dealers and criminals as informants. The intelligence in Canada is handled by CSIS and the CSE and then works its way down into the RCMP. This is the same as the United States with how the FBI works with the NSA and the CIA. 

The people behind these websites know this and are actually participating in it. That is a part of their job. As I pointed out here and here, one of the goals behind the creation of the internet was to use it for a eugenics vehicle. By this, I mean, it can be used to find certain groups of people that might become troublesome to the rule of those in power. 

But that's not all... it was also made to find everything from individuals with intelligence to liars, psychopaths, and perverts that enjoy torturing and hurting people. They like to find people with big egos who think they are better than others and worshipers of money and power. This way they can bring these people into the intelligence agencies to participate in these torture campaigns against their fellow citizens.  This is also what they are doing with the human node program. Every human being can essentially be "online" now, (see here and here,) except those who know how to get the nanotechnology out of their body, short it out, or if you know how to block your mind from being read, (your mind has no firewall.) Also, see here for the classified hi-power radar and satellite technology that can look below the surface of the earth and provide real-time video at much higher resolutions than the still images produced by programs such as Google Earth. 

Zionists are targeting their enemies with bio-weapons that are loaded with nanotechnology. As I stated here, here, and here, there are a few ways to get this in your body, one is from an injection, another is from a virus or bacteria. So, the other thing they can do is target you biologically. (See DARPA smart dust virus or bacteria weapon, also see the DARPA Control Grid.) 

Governments know how to target people with bio-weapons using everything from blood-type to genetic markers. For instance, the state of Israel knows how to target people that are non-Jews with bio-weapons. (See here and here for more.) They have known about this for a while. Also, Israel has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, nor the Convention Banning Biological Weapons.

Paradoxically, as I have pointed out here, here and here, the internet and technology are taking away your freedom. This is actually a part of the project. The movie "End Game" from Alex Jones isn't completely crazy. In fact, it is actually way worse than what he is saying. He is actually a part of the problem. This is how this weird system works. People like Alex Jones are not telling you what they are really involved in nor how the system really works.

Once they know who you are, you will tagged and tracked like a rat in a maze. They will know where you are at all time, they will have access to your brain and your whole life will be a reality TV show of stalking and harassment. They can literally injure, maim or kill you from a remote location. This is a part of the "End Game" and like I said, people like Alex Jones are a part of the problem... not the solution.

Former CSIS-Funded Heritage Front Group Member and Cointelpro

My name is Elisa Hategan and I’m a Canadian writer and freelance journalist. Twenty years ago, I was a teenage member of an Ontario-based domestic terrorist group called the Heritage Front. They were a radical white supremacist, neo-Nazi lobby group with ties to organizations that connected into parliamentary politics. After turning against them, collecting information and testifying against group leaders in court, the Toronto Sun broke the story that one of the group’s leaders was a CSIS agent, Grant Bristow. For a period of approx. 4 years, the Heritage Front had been founded and funded in large part by Canada’s own intelligence service, CSIS (Canadian Intelligence Security Service) – the Canadian equivalent of the CIA. They called it Operation Governor.

After the official inquiry resulted in a whitewashed report that was slammed by both left-wing activists and Preston Manning, then-leader of the Reform Party which was essentially destroyed by revelations that Heritage Front members had infiltrated its ranks, I went into hiding and tried to forget what had happened. Over the years, however, I realized it was a story I had to tell. So in 2010 I wrote a memoir titled Race Traitor and entered into negotiations with Penguin Canada over the acquisition rights, but after a month and no solid offer I walked away from the negotiation table. I should add that no other publishers, big or small press, were interested in publishing it. “The issue of white supremacy has had its day” Douglas & McIntyre. “ I can’t see a broad market for the book.” – Random House. In the month after the book came out, I was interviewed by a senior journalist at the Globe & Mail, Colin Freeze, as well as the Director of Programming at the CBC here in Toronto. They both expressed great interest in covering the story, but afterwards came back at me with excuses that senior editors were reluctant to go to print (or, as in the case of CBC, to air) with it – mainly because it was an old, irrelevant story since it happened 20 years ago. Also, there was the pesky issue that in today’s political climate, and according to Minister of Justice Peter MacKay’s own admission, only religion-based violence can be considered terrorism, i.e. only Muslims can be terrorists. In other words – when a Christian massacres almost 100 defenceless youth on Utoya Island in Norway, murders innocents outside a Kansas City synagogue, plots a Halifax Valentine’s Day massacre or shoots 3 innocent Muslims in Chapel Hill execution-style, they are not terrorists but misguided, lone misfits.

Just this past month, Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper (who in the 1980s was a member of the extreme right-wing Northern Foundation, which had Heritage Front and Reform Party members, along with skinheads, anti-abortionists, Holocaust-deniers and Conrad Black) has announced a new bill that essentially duplicates the NSA laws of arrest without warrant, anybody can be detained for a week under the pretext of “terrorism”, etc. Bill C-51 is extremely troubling, considering that they will be giving CSIS far greater powers than ever before, turning it into what many have called a “Secret Police” with far-reaching powers.

Given the context of Bill C-51, it didn’t surprise either myself or the numerous activists, anti-racists and aboriginal protesters I’ve communicated with, that we cannot get any mainstream press coverage in Canadian media. Telling the story of how Canada’s own intelligence agency formed a domestic terrorist group that stalked, harassed and assaulted several left-wing activists in the 1990s would be in direct conflict with what Stephen Harper’s government is attempting to pass into law – a law whose definition is so broad, so undefined, that anyone in direct opposition to our government’s interests (such as Aboriginal protesters and the Idle No More movement) would fall into the category of “terrorist.”

Under Bill C-51, ‪CSIS will have the power to: 1) detain people without charges for up to 7 days; 2) interfere with bank transactions and seize bank accounts if they are “suspected” of potential terror activity; 3) order the seizure of “terrorist propaganda” or order it deleted from an online source; 4) stop any passengers “suspected” of travelling overseas to commit a terror offence to be removed from a flight; 5) seal court proceedings; 6) make it illegal to “promote” or “counsel” terrorist activity – the definition of what this constitutes is, of course, left up to CSIS’ interpretation. Using “disruption warrants,” Canada’s spies will do just about anything: “enter any place or open or obtain access to anything,” to copy or obtain any document, “to install, maintain, or remove anything,” and, most importantly, “to do any other thing that is reasonably necessary to take those measures.”

Bill C-51 should have been stopped. The repeated violations and more violations on the part of the former intelligence unit of the RCMP, which became CSIS, which evolved into CSE, cannot be overlooked. Neither is Harper’s ongoing use of CSIS as his personal domain pet whenever he wants to keep tabs on anti-fracking protesters, Green Party members, or whoever is opposed to the Conservative Party’s mandate. Such collusion between government and intelligence agencies is insidious at best, and will be used politically to defeat (or even imprison) political opponents.

History has already showed us what can happen when agents run amok: Grant Bristow’s handlers had been inherited from the same RCMP department which preceded CSIS’s inception. Back in the 1970's they were burning barns in Quebec while blaming it on the FLQ. After that scandal ensued and RCMP intelligence was disbanded, they moved over to the newly-minted CSIS and taught neo-Nazis and violent skinheads (some of whom were part of the now-disbanded Airborne Regiment) intelligence techniques, thus contributing to assaults, stalking, harassment and worse. Since they got away with all of the above, I cannot imagine what will happen when they gain autonomy.

There is a wide amount of evidence, press clippings and media sources that back up my memoir, as well as the testimony of activists who had been terrorized. Please consider featuring the story of CSIS’s establishment of the Heritage Front in your media outlets – Canadians have a right to know what their own government has done in the past, in order to prevent it from ever happening again.

Front Businesses and Intelligence Agents

The intelligence officer who recruits and runs agents is a case officer or handler. The handler uses a motivation scale to recruit his agents. The higher on the scale, the more trustworthy the agent is to remain loyal and not change sides:

Duty

Political Agreement

Ambition

Coercion

Money

All agents operate under a cover. Their cover is pretending they are a friend of the enemy person or group they are infiltrating. They hide the fact that they are actually working for an enemy. If they are exposed as being enemy agents, they lose their ability to deceive and influence. These front companies are involved in gathering intelligence and using Stasi stalking techniques to ruin people's lives.  See here also. Over 50% of intelligence is now being outsourced. Some of the front companies are drug dealing operations or are using a front to conceal their drug operations. (See here for more information about connections between the CIA and drugs.) Some of the businesses that I list here are the sort of front businesses that the FBI lists as terrorist front businesses. Some that I know about are writers, escorts, mining companies, trading education businesses, hedge funds, prop trading firms, martial arts businesses, crossfit-gyms, yoga centers, property management, real-estate agents, mortgage brokers, decal and graphics companies, landscaping and gardening businesses, home renovations (especially mold or mildew from grow operations,) graffiti removal and pest control. 

This is what a cover looks like. If the sheep are fooled by the cover, it leads to their demise. Intelligence and propaganda are weapons used in defeating an enemy. Infiltration, manipulation by propaganda, and sabotage are acts of war. An intelligence agent is just as destructive as an enemy soldier in uniform who is shooting people. An intelligence agent is an operating enemy soldier – who is not making that obvious by wearing an enemy uniform.

The type of person who needs a tank to roll up on their doorstep before they realize they are under attack – they become a casualty in the warfare being waged by covert enemy intelligence agents. Intelligence groups hide behind minions and front groups who do their dirty work and take the blame for it. Let’s take a look at front groups and dupe agents. The usual way a person becomes an intelligence agent is they have knowingly agreed to do it because the handler asked them to. But, that is not the only way that people become agents.

A front group is constructed when the main group cannot have any connection to the action being taken by the front. A front group is run by a knowing agent for an intelligence agency.

If the government wanted to get rid of a particular person or group, (those who oppose the people or group in power,) they cannot openly go about that because it is supposedly illegal for the government to do that. So, the case officer recruits an agent who will start a front group. The front group attacks the person or group that the government wants to get rid of, and therefore the government can deny responsibility for the attacks on that person or group.

The intelligence agent who starts and runs a front group is a knowing agent. He reports to his handler and takes orders from his handler. That knowing agent will employ other people to work within the front group. These other people have no connection to the handler and they have not made an agreement with the handler to act as his agent. However, they are still serving as agents for the handler, they are called dupe agents.

These dupe agents will deny they are being agents for an intelligence agency. It is not what the agent thinks that makes him an agent, it is what the handler thinks.

Front groups are established with a covert evil purpose in mind. The intelligence agent who starts a front group is aware of the covert evil purpose. Other people are brought in who are usually decent people with good intentions. They are not told that the group has been formed by an intelligence agency for a covert evil purpose. The dupes make the front group look like it is just a bunch of good guys doing good things. But the leadership is carrying out a covert evil purpose. The dupes help conceal what the top guys are up to.

The lower down people in the front group will go out and do what their front business is supposed to do. This makes it appear that they are just a bunch of nice guys. However, at the top of the intelligence front groups, you have people involved in evil activites.

The dupes always think they work for a good cause. But to maintain that idea they have to turn a blind eye to what the leadership is doing.

The true purpose of the front group is not defined by what the lower down people think and do.

It is defined by what the highest people think and do.

Intelligence agencies run covert black intelligence operations against people they are attacking. They are black because they are based on lies and they are somehow immoral. Framing a person for a crime they did not actually commit is an example of a covert black intelligence operation.

There are also black propaganda operations. Propaganda uses lies to manipulate an audience or community. The audience is under attack because they are being fed false information to manipulate their ideas.

Propaganda is dispensed on every means of communication – smear and slander campaigns, social media, newspapers, magazines, novels, books, radio, television, movies, music, video games, and the internet. Propaganda is one of their most used methods for behavior modification – they call it social engineering and the engineering of consent.

Black intelligence operations and black propaganda operations are covert, because the people doing them do not reveal who they are working for. Both are weak, they lose the ability to influence others when they are exposed as being based on lies or if the people doing them are exposed as to who they work for.

Those who are not alert to the actions of intelligence agents and propaganda agents will have their lives adversely affected. You recognizing enemy intelligence and propaganda agents undermines what they wanted to accomplish.

When they are exposed as being enemy agents, they lose their ability to deceive and influence. One way you can identify an agent is by asking – Who benefits from what the person is doing, or, what are they not willing to talk about?  Intelligence agents are masters of lies by ommission. The mainstream and alternative media are full of people like this.

Another example. Let's say you were a best friend of someone for an extended period of time, and something happened to you to attempt to discredit you and your friend knew about it. Later, after some careful investigation, you discovered that your friend was following you around for extended periods of time, he knew about classified technology that is so invasive it can read your mind and influence your behavior. You also found out that your friend was working with people that you were a critic of and he was running a front business for intelligence. When you confront him, he records your conversation, calls the police and gets you thrown in a mental institution. (Once again, this is actually standard procedure to discredit someone.)

What does the alternative media have to do with drugs, real estate, and mining companies? Most of the alternative media is a part of the New Phoenix program. What is the Phoenix Program? It is basically like Mao's Hundred Flowers Campaign. In other words, it is a form of COINTELPRO. It is a way to bring the "snakes" out of their den. What better way to find potential political dissidents of the policies of NATO and Israel? 

This is why you see some alternative media websites selling gold and silver. It is a vicious system, with connections between organized crime, intelligence agencies, silicon valley, the media and corrupt individuals and banks in the financial industry. They also have front companies in various guises because over 50% of intelligence is now being outsourced. Some of these front companies are even drug dealing operations. (See here for more information about connections between the CIA and drugs.)

These front companies are involved in gathering intelligence and using Stasi stalking techniques to ruin people's lives. They can pose as a variety of different businesses and professions. Some that I know about are writers, escorts, mining companies, trading education businesses, hedge funds, prop trading firms, martial arts businesses, CrossFit-gyms, yoga centers, property management, real-estate agents, mortgage brokers, landscaping and gardening businesses, home renovations (especially mold or mildew from grow operations,) graffiti removal and pest control.

Watch the video at the bottom of this page, then listen to the audio interviews that are located below the video.  What you will find is that the Phoenix program was the precursor to Homeland Security and its Canadian equivalent.

In May 25, 2007, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence Michael McConnell authorized the National Applications Office (NAO) of the Department of Homeland Security to allow local, state, and domestic Federal agencies to access imagery from military intelligence Reconnaissance satellites and Reconnaissance aircraft sensors which can now be used to observe the activities of U.S. citizens. The satellites and aircraft sensors will be able to detect chemical traces, and identify objects in buildings and "underground bunkers", and will provide real-time video at much higher resolutions than the still images produced by programs such as Google Earth. But that's not all, these people have access to technology that can find oil and mineral deposits underground with up to 99% accuracy. (See this ad from Shell as an example. Also, see here for an example of synthetic aperture radar satellites.) That includes diamonds! That is why so many of the alternative media radio show hosts sell gold and silver etc. They can rape the planet and hoard all its resources. (Who do you really think is behind most of the mainstream and alternative media? The same people that are behind the banks. The financiers and the companies that sell the resources that are being pulled out of the ground.) This is why Africa is being held down. This is what AFRICOM is truly about. 

But that is far from all they can do.  In a nutshell, they can put you under horrible crippling surveillance and they can shoot you and your family with space-based weapons. See here for more about electronic warfare.

Ever wonder what they do at the NSA and CSE in Canada with Signals Intelligence?  Or better yet, who has access to it? It is pretty much class warfare. It is being used by wealthy criminals against the general public for surveillance, entertainment, (reality TV-like torture and voyeurism,) weaponization that can injure or kill someone in a plausibly deniable way, intellectual property theft, drug running, human trafficking and insider trading.

It is important to realize that Signals Intelligence covers everything from intercepting signals to surveillance and electronic warfare.

The imagers are multi-purpose, the imaging transmitters serving to target locations, areas and living animals with directed energy. There are passive and active modes, the active mode requires the transmission of signals into the target where passive mode allows imaging with illumination occurring by other means like spying through leaking electrical emanations, including unintentional radio or electrical signals, sounds, and vibrations. Do you know what else has unintentional leaking electrical signals and vibrations? You! You are an antenna!

You also have magnetite in your brain. Magnetite is the most magnetic of all the naturally-occurring minerals on Earth and is also used in the creation of the hard drive in your computer. Now, realize that the earth magnetic field allows for information storage too, see this video about the earth's magnetic field and information storage. Learn about magnetism and information storage: which is the same as your computer hard drive. Taking this information into consideration, it can be used along with nanotechnology, for holography and synthetic telepathy. (See here and here for examples of holography, here for more about nanoparticle imaging and here for more about molecular imaging.)

If you access the Hippocampus you can garner all of the information that is being consolidated in an individuals experience.) We are all embedded in a homogeneous secondary field called the communications system, and, much of it is pulsed in the range of the brain. We are quite literally, living in the shadow of a massive electromagnetic field that is generated by our communications systems. 

Beyond what I have explained, foot soldier intelligence operatives and criminals have technology that is similarly displayed in these videos (also see here, here and here.) that can influence people at a distance. Light can be measured, (photons,) minds can be read, thoughts can be sent. If you can think it, you can send it. Just like writing an email with your mind. So, essentially they have access to your vital signs, the EEG readouts of your brainwaves to know what you are thinking, the ability to see out of your eyes and hear out your ears. This is called Total Information Awareness, (also see here,) meaning they will soon have access to every piece of information on this planet. (See here, here and here for more.) They can also put thoughts in your head and hook you up to another individual's brain. When engaging in the latter, if an individual changes the EEG of his or her brain,  that individual can change the EEG of another brain that they are hooked up to. Or in other words, two brains can effectively become one.
