This is not about whether you support the views of the defendant. It is about a woman who was defending her client. It's about a woman that has more guts than most men. It is about being able to defend yourself and present your case in court, it is about something that most reasonable people still believe in today.
Have you even heard of this case? Did you hear about this on CBC, CTV, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX or CNN? Imagine getting thrown in jail for over 3 years for "DEFENDING" a client! They used to do this to people when they would question religion or God, or the authority of the church. BUT NOT THEIR LAWYER. Is the Holocaust the new secular God?
Remember, this is history. NOT GOD. And even if it was God, God should be questioned... right? I mean, no one seems to have any problem with questioning God or anything else today. Nothing is really sacred anymore.
